John B. McLellan joined the Agency in 1983 after graduating from the University of South Carolina. Johnny is an Eagle Scout and also achieved the God and Country Award. Johnny has been very active in civic affairs and a past president and Paul Harris Fellow of the Seneca Rotary Club. He has served on the Board of the United Way of Oconee County, Past President of the Seneca Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Oconee District-Boy Scouts of America, and the University of South Carolina Board of Visitors. He is active in the Seneca Presbyterian Church  having served as an Elder. Johnny also entered to world of politics. He served on the Seneca City Council from 1988 until 1989 and the Oconee County Sewer Commission from 1988 -1992.

 

Johnny manages our customer’s claims and is the Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer of the Agency today. Personal note: The B. in Johnny’s name stands for Byrd.
